Returns

• We accept returns in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
• Returns are possible only for unused items in their original packaging.
• Items designated as ‘Final Sale’ or custom-made cannot be returned.
• Return requests must be submitted within two weeks of delivery. 
• For return inquiries, please contact us at info@toihaus.in, mentioning your order number.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods in new condition. Refunds exclude shipping and handling costs and are processed within 15 working days.

Important Information 

• Order cut-off times and estimated delivery dates are guidelines and do not account for delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.
• Products purchased under promotional offers or discounts are not eligible for exchange.
