We accept returns in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
Returns are possible only for unused items in their original packaging.
Items designated as ‘Final Sale’ or custom-made cannot be returned.
Return requests must be submitted within two weeks of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods in new condition. Refunds exclude shipping and handling costs and are processed within 15 working days.

Order cut-off times and estimated delivery dates are guidelines and do not account for delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.
Products purchased under promotional offers or discounts are not eligible for exchange.
