1. GENERAL

● Toi Haus is a legally established entity in Hyderabad, under [Governing Law].

● Toi Haus markets products under the “Toi Haus” trademark worldwide.

● All Toi Haus designs, products, and related materials are the intellectual

property of Toi Haus.

● The term ‘customer’ refers to any private individual, corporate entity, or

registered company engaging in transactions with Toi Haus.

● An ‘order’ refers to the acquisition of a product by the customer.

● These Terms and Conditions apply to all Toi Haus transactions, including

sales of goods, design services, and product assembly and fitting.

● The ‘date of purchase’ is defined as the date Toi Haus receives a

pre-payment from the customer.

● Toi Haus reserves the right to refuse service at its own discretion.

● Toi Haus may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The customer

agrees to the terms in effect on the ‘date of purchase.’

2. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

● Toi Haus products are handcrafted, making each piece unique. Slight

variations and imperfections are inherent to the handmade nature of our

products.

● Materials and finishes, including those with natural variations like wood or

metal, are considered part of the product’s unique beauty. Toi Haus does not

guarantee exact matches in finishes or against natural processes like fading

and oxidizing.

● Products with brass elements require regular care and may exhibit natural

discrepancies due to the material’s characteristics.

3. DAMAGE CLAIMS

● Upon delivery, customers should inspect packaging and products for damage.

Claims for any discrepancies must be submitted to Toi Haus Customer Care

within 7 days of receipt.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

● Full payment is required before production begins. Once an order is placed, it

cannot be canceled. Any modifications must be communicated in writing

within 2 days of order placement.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

● Toi Haus is not liable for delays or failures in fulfilment due to circumstances

beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government

actions.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/CONFIDENTIALITY:

● The customer agrees not to replicate or use Toi Haus products for commercial

purposes without written consent. All agreements involving the
